Dave Forestell was first appointed to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario’s Board of Directors in December 2018 and became iGaming Ontario Board Chair in July 2021. Dave serves as Vice President, Stakeholder Relations (Canada) for TC Energy. Previously, Dave served as Vice President, International Corporate and Commercial Banking and as Vice President, Office of the President and CEO at Scotiabank. He has held senior positions in government and the private sector. He worked overseas in Chile and Venezuela and speaks fluent Spanish. While in Chile, Dave led corporate affairs and corporate social responsibility for several mining projects and served as Chair of a Joint Venture Board of Directors. He is currently serving on the Board of Governors for the Ontario College of Art and Design University. Mr. Forestell obtained his B.A. and LLB from Western University.

Neveen has been with Microsoft for over 14 years and has held several executive positions. She is currently the Regional Business Development Manager working in partnership with Global Microsoft Partners to integrate and accelerate Microsoft Cloud Platforms into their client’s IT transformation journey to adopt and develop new services and business models and bring new solutions to market. Neveen possesses significant experience leading large Enterprise Digital Transformation Initiatives. Neveen considers herself a hands-on technical leader; having built in-depth experience in many major roles in the technology business.

Michael Bunn recently retired as a Principal of Grant Thornton LLP, where he was employed for the previous 37 years. Mr. Bunn has been a chartered accountant since 1982. His experience includes audits of nonprofits, government agencies and owner managed enterprises, financial risk reviews, forensic accounting, and corporate tax. Mr. Bunn has served his community through his involvement with the following organizations: YMCA of Canada Retirement Fund, Simcoe-Muskoka YMCA, Kiwanis Club of Orillia, Community Development Corporation of Orillia, the Chamber of Commerce of Orillia, and the Orillia Museum of Art and History. In 2019, Mr. Bunn was awarded the distinction of Fellow (FCPA) by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario which recognizes CPAs who have rendered exceptional service to the profession and in their communities.

Alan Gertner is the Executive Chairman of Arcana, a nature focused hospitality and real estate development business. Previously, Alan was co-founder and CEO of Hiku (Tokyo Smoke), a publicly traded cannabis company that was purchased by Canopy Growth Corporation. Alan has held senior positions at Canopy Growth Corporation, Google, and was formerly a Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman in New York. Alan is a graduate from the Richard Ivey School of Business and currently serves on the board of Limestone, a publicly traded heritage Canadian boat business, and is a Director at The Mabin School in Toronto.

Dr. Karin Schnarr is an Associate Professor of Policy at the Lazaridis School of Business &Economics (Lazaridis School) at Wilfrid Laurier University, where she is currently the Director of MBA Programs. Karin received her PhD in Strategic Management (Corporate Governance) from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Prior to academia, Karin spent a number of years working in senior roles in the Government of Ontario and consulting in the private sector. Karin is currently the Chair of the Board of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario and the Vice-Chair of the Waterloo Regional Police Services Board. Recently, she served as Chair of the Ontario Government’s Task Force on Women and the Economy.

John Trivieri has been with Meridian Credit Union for over 9 years and is Meridian’s Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. As Meridian’s Chief Risk Officer, John is accountable for Meridian’s overall Enterprise Risk Management strategy in all core risk categories, including strategic, credit, market, liquidity, operational, compliance, and Member risk. The scope of the role includes oversight of retail, commercial and special credit, privacy, compliance, anti-money laundering, enterprise risk management, fraud, corporate insurance and corporate security. John’s career trajectory has established him as a highly accomplished Credit and Risk Executive, with excellence in deal structuring and risk mitigation. John holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration.

Martha Otton is Executive Director of iGaming Ontario and is responsible for managing iGaming Ontario's overall resources and operations. Previously, Martha was the Chief Strategy Officer at the AGCO and was responsible for the agency’s Strategic Plan, annual planning process and played a key role in the implementation of iAGCO and the AGCO's expanded mandate over horse racing and cannabis. Prior to joining the AGCO, Martha was a Director General at Legal Aid Ontario and before joining LAO, Martha held a series of positions at the Ministry of the Attorney General (MAG) including Acting Assistant Deputy Attorney General of the Agency Relations Division and Director of Corporate Policy and Agency Relations.
